Preparation

  • Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about ¼ inch around the edge clean.
  • Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese, followed by the fresh basil.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the whole plate, using sparingly.
