Preparation

  • Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in a microwave-safe dish and heat until warm, stirring occasionally. You can elevate flavors with a splash of lemon juice before serving. Whole grain or gluten-free pasta can be used for a healthier option.
