  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour All-purpose or whole wheat.
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.

Fillings

  • 1 cup Ham, diced Or other preferred meat.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Can substitute other cheeses.
  • 1 cup Mediterranean sausage, diced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  • Add in flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper; mix until a dough forms.
  • Fold in your choice of fillings (ham & cheddar or Mediterranean sausage & feta).
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
