  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Can substitute with oat flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt
  • optional chocolate chips or Biscoff cookie crumbs for rolling

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff spread, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  • If desired, fold in chocolate chips or cookie crumbs.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Optional: Roll the balls in additional Biscoff crumbs or chocolate chips.
  • Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
