Instructions
Preparation
Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and bell pepper.
Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
Add grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
