Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and bell pepper.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
