  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Gooey mozzarella adds a creamy finish.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top each fillet with the sautéed spinach and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
