Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Cooking
Meanwhile, cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and garlic, cooking until the sausage is browned and garlic is fragrant.
