Ingredients
Salad Base

mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)

crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), thinly sliced

dried cranberries (or fresh cranberries, halved)

pecans, lightly toasted
Toast for enhanced flavor

crumbled feta or goat cheese

Instructions
Preparation
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Thinly slice the apples and toss them lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
Assembly
Add the sliced apples, cranberries, and toasted pecans to the bowl of greens.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl until emulsified.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Garnish with crumbled feta or goat cheese if desired.
Notes
Store leftover salad in an airtight container for up to 2 days but keep dressing separate until serving.
