ginger root, peeled and chopped

Granny Smith apples, sliced with skin

unsweetened cranberry juice

agave or honey
Can substitute with pure maple syrup

apple slices, lemon wheels, whole cranberries, or rosemary sprigs

Instructions
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add the chopped ginger and apple slices. Simmer for 5 minutes to extract flavor.
Remove from heat, cover, and let it cool completely to allow nutrients to steep.
Once cool, stir in the fresh lemon juice and agave (or honey).
Pour the mixture into a pitcher, add the cranberry juice, and stir. Garnish with fruit slices and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice, or enjoy warm by gently reheating for 2–3 minutes.
Notes
Don’t overboil to avoid destroying vitamin C. Drink 1–2 glasses daily for effective detox. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
