Preparation
Measure all ingredients.
Put apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne into a glass.
Pour warm water over them.
Stir well until the honey dissolves.
Drink it while it is warm.
Notes
Serve in a small glass or mug. Best fresh; store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Warm it slightly before serving.
