  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Use raw, unfiltered for a fuller taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey Use warm, not boiling, water to keep honey nutrients.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch cayenne pepper Start with less if you do not like spice.
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

Preparation

  • Measure all ingredients.
  • Put apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne into a glass.
  • Pour warm water over them.
  • Stir well until the honey dissolves.
  • Drink it while it is warm.

Notes

Serve in a small glass or mug. Best fresh; store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Warm it slightly before serving.
