  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Store-bought or homemade can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Yellow mustard is classic, but Dijon or spicy mustard can be used.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Paprika For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer, garnish with paprika, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid garnishing with paprika until ready to serve again. Consider serving with fresh veggies or crackers.
