Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Baking
